We have a special rate for groups of five or more. Includes a full day wetsuit and surfboard rental. The surf spot will be chosen just in time according to group skill level and local surf conditions. At the beach there will be a designated surf corridor marked and by beachflags in order for the group not to interfere with other surf schools or regular beach users / bathing guests. SAFETY FIRST. All surf instructors are experienced in teaching how to surf and fully licensed , including beach life-saver certificate. Our instructors have an abundance of surfing knowledge and experience to teach all levels of surfing.

We start with the basics and before you know it you’re up and riding. Since the tide times vary every day, our surf lessons in Sayulita schedule changes daily. We recommend using high-quality sunscreen, a hat, and a waterproof top. Our instructors will walk you around the corner to San Souci beach where we’ll start the land lesson. The first time you visit us we will begin with a land class, which all beginners must take before getting into the water. Some of our students can stand up right away and others take a little longer.

The Rincón Surf School first opened its doors in 1999, making us the longest-running surf school in Rincón. Today, the surf school is managed by Surf School Director and Head Concierge Alex Delponte, Managing Director Travis Moore and other members of the SASS Global Travel management team. Whether you have a few waves under your belt or have never stood on a surfboard, you can improve your skills during 2-hour surfing lesson.

We have surfboards for all kinds of skills; Foamboards, longboards, shortboards, fish, and funboards. We have all the equipment to start your surf lesson. This surf session is open to all ages and is focused on those who want one-on-one surf coaching from one of our Professional surf Instructors. These sessions are highly recommended for surfers who want to bring their surfing to the next skill level.

Many thatch-roofed local warungs sell cheap & tasty meals, snacks, refreshments, cold beers “bintang” . Chill on the sun beds , drink a fresh coconut and watch some amazing sunsets.
